SPECIAL CALLED MEETING JUNE 27, 2011

A Special Called Meeting was scheduled for Monday, June 27, 2011 at Waelder City Hall. Those present Valentino Hernandez, Alfred Thompson and Becky
Ayala.(Absent: Robert Tovar and Mayor Roy Tovar) Mayor Pro-Tem Mike Harris did preside.

The meeting was called to order and quorum was established.

Budget Workshop:
Any positive balance left from the fiscal year budget beginning July1, 2010 ending June 30, 2011 will be used for street repairs.

Becky Ayala made the 1st motion to discuss the Health Ins. for City Officials in September Regular Council Meeting with a second by Valentino Hernandez. The vote was unanimously.

Becky Ayala made the 1st motion to adjourn with a second by Alfred Thompson.
