REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING Marh 3, 2010

The Waelder City Council met for their regular monthly meeting on March 3, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. at Waelder City Hall. Those present were Mike Harris, Robert Tovar, Dora Ramirez, Annie Jackson and Curtis Hadnot. Mayor Roy Tovar did preside.

The meeting was called to order and a quorum was established.

A motion was made by Harris to approve the minutes from the previous meeting with a second by Jackson.

A motion was made by Harris to approve the payment of the bills with a second by Tovar. The vote was unanimous and the motion was passed.

A motion was made by Harris to approve the Financial Report with a second by Tovar. The vote was unanimous and the motion was passed.

A motion was made by Harris to approve Election Judge as Pauline Melchor, Clerks: Chris Porter and Monica Matamoros and Early Voting Clerks as Angie Arriaga, JoAnn Ibarra and Norma Puente, with a second by Hadnot. The vote was unanimous and the motion was passed.

A motion was made by Harris to award City of Waelder Depository Services for a term of five years beginning April 1, 2010 and ending April 1, 2015 to Lone Star Bank in Moulton, Texas with a second by Ramirez. The vote was unanimous and the motion was passed.

A motion was made by Harris to adjourn with a second by Hadnot. The vote was unanimous and the motion was passed.
