BUDGET HEARING &SPECIAL CALLED MEETING
JUNE 30, 2011

A Special Called Meeting was scheduled for Thursday, June 30, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the
Waelder City Hall. Those present were Robert Tovar, Valentino Hernandez, and Alfred Thompson. (Absent: Becky Ayala and Mayor Roy Tovar) Mayor Pro-Tem Mike Harris
did preside.

The meeting was called to order and a quorum was established.

Robert Tovar made the 1st motion to approve Amended Budget for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 210 and ending June 30, 2011, and the difference of $12,295.68 for the park with a second by Alfred Thompson. The motion carried.

Robert Tovar made the 1st motion to approve Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year beginning
July 1, 2011 and ending June 30, 2012 with a second by Valentino Hernandez. The motion carried.

Robert Tovar made the 1st motion to adjourn with a second by Valentino Hernandez. The motion carried.
