Opening Agenda
- Call to Order – Mayor Roy Tovar called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
- Citizens Comments – None
Council Members' Report Councilwoman Dora Ramirez reported that the playground accessories and the swings have been delivered. The playground accessories have been assemble and ready to be used at the park. The play scape was around $14 thousand and the swings for the amount of $1,500.00. The City receive a LCRA grant of the amount $24,900. A pavilion is the other project that is being look at for the park. The City would be looking at $46,000 to $79,000 for the pavilion.

Mike Harris made the 1st motion to approve the bills with a second by Robert Tovar.
The motion passed by unanimous vote. Mike Harris made the 1st motion to approve the minutes with corrections of the April 5, 2011 regular meeting with a second by Dora Ramirez. The motion passed by unanimous vote. Mike Harris made the 1st motion to approve the minutes with corrections of the April 18, 2011 special called meeting with a second by Annie Jackson. The motion passed by unanimous vote. Mike Harris made the 1st motion to approve the financial reports with a second by Robert Tovar. None opposed. Motion carried.
Adjournment
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Annie Jackson and seconded by Dora Ramirez. The motion carried unanimously. The meeting concluded at 7:17 p.m. |
